As we add guitars to our collection some need alittle work coming out of the factory. 13th street guitars did an outstanding job with the sharp edges on my frets along with setting the action low with no buzz.
Brought in two guitars for setups: a Taylor 416CE that needed a neck reset, and an Ibanez TOD10N (Tim Henson Nylon) which had really high action from the factory. I am very pleased with the setups and they both play great now!
