Fixed up my Jackson electric guitar perfectly. Plays better than it did brand new. I didn't know how to adjust the Floyd Rose, they took care of it all and returned it in better shape than it was when it went in. I would trust 609 Guitars with any instrument.
I had some persistent issues with a couple of Les Pauls (one is an irreplaceable '87 Standard, and one, due to an extreme buzz, was virtually unplayable), and took them to these guys on a chance. Justin are Drew are fantastic--great guys who do top-notch work and keep you apprised throughout the repair process.
I took my guitar to 609 for a second opinion on an issue I was having. Justin did an awesome and thorough job on my guitar. Super nice guy and he knows his stuff. I very highly recommend them!
