This place is really cool. I flew into Pensacola and was visiting my son in Milton and I had the urge to play a guitar. I went to Joyful Noise and they had a great selection and I bought a Oscar Schmidt Acoustic Guitar with a built in Tuner.
I have had nothing but fantastic service and experiences at Joyful Nosie Music. I came in with an older guitar for some minor tune ups and adjustments. Dave went above and beyond to make my guitar sounds great and he showed me how to do the maintenance myself in the future.
This was my first real music store experience so far, and it was extremely friendly and welcoming. I had arrived sometime around noon (the 26th of October, 2020), and had intended to try out some bass guitars so I would know what to expect from them before I spent any money on instruments I'd only seen pictures of.
It’s a nice little independent music shop with a good selection and very good prices. The owner’s son was working when I went in. He was really cool. I just picked up a hat and a new set of strings for my bass. If you’re in the area, stop in. Support local, independent music stores whenever you can.
