Aart is great person and an expert in what he does! We never met him in-person but he was able to trouble shoot and fix our issue remotely over the phone! Money was the last item on his agenda and I was shocked as these days folks are more concerned about taking the money than actually solving the problem!
I have to post an official THANK YOU to Art! I have a 1920s Ludwig upright. I have had it since I was 8 years old and now my 8 year old daughter is learning to play on it. My poor old piano was suffering badly - old age, lack of maintenance, etc.
Hands down the best piano tuner I have ever worked with. First, he restored my 90 year old Cambridge Piano. I bought this piano from a man who kept it on its side in his garage for 5 months. The piano was out of tune, rusted, had two broken pedals, broken notes, and missing parts.
