I couldn't possibly have a better experience. I have 30 years professional experience with acoustic guitars and have dealt with many types of shops over the years.
I just bought a very unique Huss and Dalton guitar from these guys for about 5 grand, traveled from Ohio to get it. Yes, the owner does have a bit of a "pompous" attitude... likes to talk about the boutique guitar makers he has rubbed elbows with.
So, I've bought my share of guitars from Steve and Raymond - always an enjoyable and rewarding experience, including my recent purchases, Eastmans. I met Steve when he first opened the shop with just one room packed full of some of the best guitars ever made.
After a recent bad experience with a Reverb seller, I was hesitant to order another guitar from an online store. Raymond put me at ease with his professional attitude and even agreed to shoot additional photos of the guitar for me so that I could inspect every detail of it.
