Kelly Barber is one of the most intriguing yet cool guys you will find on the planet. His hands are like magic: he will touch your guitar and it will magically sound better. He's undoubtedly one of the best luthiers in the area, and he's extremely personable, with a knack for interesting conversation.
There’s no place like this on earth. It’s not the guitars and the amps, which are plentiful and awe inspiring. It’s not the service, which is second to none and very generously priced. It’s the men.
One stop shop for all guitar, bass, and amplifier needs. 4 guitar techs and 2 amp techs full time. Shop has a very unique vibe overall and has an awe inspiring collection of classic guitars and amplifiers. No repair is too major or complicated.
Recently got an Epiphone Korina from Sweetwater music that was not set up what so ever, I purchased another pick guard and brought it to Action Sound to set up, these guys did an outstanding job!!!! Guitar plays like a million bucks!
