I took my 1966 Martin 000-18 guitar to Rick for assessment and repairs earlier this year. Rick was very generous with his time and expertise both on the phone and when I brought my guitar in.

I took my Gibson Hummingbird to Rick for a reset. He had done that for my Martin HD28 a few years ago and based on that fine work, I trusted him to reset the Gibson like before, he took his time.The result was even better than with the Martin.If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else.
Rick has lots of experience and does excellent work. He is a professional and has great attention to detail. Because of this, he is back logged quite a bit and it takes awhile to get your guitar back. If waiting weeks to get your guitar back is not an issue, he comes highly recommended!
