I sometimes think I know what good customer service is and man did I totally get taught a huge lesson of customer service should be. My whole experience was wonderful. I had came in a little angry about something and they somehow changed my anger into a huge smile. I definitely recommend coming in this music store.

Dude, their guitars sound so sweet. And some of you are like, "I know". 🤣 There's this awesome sound they're getting out of some of those guitars, they've got just about all the stuff you'd expect to find at a guitar center. They know their stuff, and the guitars they carry definitely show it.
I've purchased three guitars here over the span of 8 years and every time I've gone it's been a pleasure to consult the staff and try out the guitars. For all of Juneau's musical needs.
