Allenk at ALK Guitar Tech is a remarkable way to get your instruments serviced and setup for play. He is quick, attentive and very knowledgeable. He took a badly intonated baritone guitar that I loved but couldn't get in playing shape and got it done practically the day of.
You can depend on Allenk to do a superb job. Some time ago, he did a careful, expert set up of my Eastwood Classic 4 string Tenor guitar. Then he set up a used Gretsch 5120 that I bought, and it came back sparkling clean, feeling new and very playable.
I just had my acoustic guitar serviced here and I am so Impressed with the care, attention, Skill and professionalism. He discovered things I hadn’t even noticed, and when my guitar was returned to me, it was so beautiful and like brand new, and sounded better than it has in a year.
Only place to go for guitar setups. Lots of care and attention goes into making sure the guitar is set exactly as the player needs. Service is always quick and with lots of information about what could be done to improve the instrument.
