There is a sign that says "do not touch" but if you ASK to touch and play a SPECIFIC instrument that you are ACTUALLY interested in, of course you'll be allowed to get a feel for it. The owner is a genuinely chill, helpful person. They just want to sell you a guitar that has not been dropped already.
Excellent service and customer care. Fixed my acoustic guitar in 15 min while I waited and charged $10. I also bought an extension headphone chord which was faulty. They exchanged them without question and all was good. It was a pleasure to do business with Alpha music and definitely will return.
Good place to go for your guitar needs...They are friendly folks knowledgeable...Great prices on music gear...Better than buying online because you can touch and see what your buying...It is the only place I buy guitar strings,picks,straps,etc...Great selection on all things guitar..
My wife and I purchased a drum set and guitar and the salesman was very helpful to our needs. I shop at this store every chance I get do everything from CDs to guitar strings and picks. Two thumbs up!
