Great experience and exceptional service. Shipped them my audio interface and had it back in a timely manner. However, upon receiving it from FedEx, it was still not 100%. Likely damage happened during return shipping. A quick email and they sent me a return label so they could take another look at it.
I was referred to AMS to get my audio interface repaired. The whole team was extremely professional and communicative throughout the whole process. The repair fee was reasonable and they returned my emails/calls almost immediately.
I was having some issues with a keyboard that was 2.5 years old so I contacted these folks and shipped my unit to them for repair. They went way ABOVE and beyond to make the situation right and get me back to work. (I play keyboards for my livelihood) I highly recommend this company! Thank you for outstanding service!
