Favorite music store in the north country. I play guitar left handed, and he usually has at least one in stock, and always has access to most anything I am looking for.
The customer service was exceptional as Mark asked me what my name was, where I was from, and some of my interests. I felt as though the experience here was more than for making a single transaction, but rather for building a genuine business relationship.
