At first the lady that I spoke to didn’t seem to know much about my son’s school and or his needs. The next young lady was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She went through and gathered everything he needed (that they had in stock) and answered all my questions.
The whole staff was pleasant, helpful and patient when I visited. They also were knowledgeable about their instruments and showed genuine interest in helping me know the double bass better.
I went looking for an alto sax. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a beautiful selection of new horns, just not many used ones at lower prices. They have a private room to play in if you would like to test an instrument. They carry mouth pieces, reeds, cork grease and other things needed to play.
I have been working with James for a while looking for a particular trumpet. He called me to work out a different deal because there were no trade ins. He really made a young man’s Christmas bright. Excellent customer care. Thanks.
