Just picked up my son's second cello from ArcoArt. We're regular customers now. Why rent from the chain store for 300+ a year when you can trade in/upsize for far less money and actually own your instruments? Matt offers amazing prices and services and will go out of his way to find you a quality stringed instrument.
Matt is an absolute treasure. I brought my guitar in for a minor repair and he had me squared away in under an hour. If you have a classical instrument and would like it to be repaired with the attention to detail that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside I highly recommend taking it to Matt.
