From the reviews
Since moving to AZ I really wanted to buy a guitar but I was extremely patient and not brand specific in what I wanted. I prefer to play prog rock and metal so electric is more my vibe. On the website, the advertised guitars are nearly all acoustic so I didn’t pop in here first and that was my mistake. I drove 2.
We had a great time checking out this store, they have a great selection of Taylor guitars and my husband ended up buying a beautiful new guitar and he couldn’t be happier! They have a large wind and percussion section and also a robust service area.
Incredible customer service. Last week I went to the store to look for a new guitar, but couldn’t immediately purchase. I received helpful information about different models and did not feel pressured to buy while I was there.
Came up to Flag from Sedona to get a Viola string! Affordable, quality equipment, accessories, strings of all sorts. Friendly staff, and there is instrument repair service available if needed. They didn't mind that i changed out the string in store. Ready to rock! Thanks gang, Thomas Aquarius (Mr. Cocco)
Lessons at Arizona Music Pro
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Arizona Music Pro. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
