I raised two musicians all the way through college with instruments, service and repairs from Art's. Absolutely the best! Family run business that is an honest broker and sales staff, with excellent repair technicians.
Went in for parts to a 100 year old antique baritone. Woman in there named Hannah was awesome and helped me replace several items. Answered all of my questions and was overall awesome. She could probably fix anything that came in that door and I wouldn't hesitate to go in if you need a repair.
I went in there for the first time the staff was really friendly and helpful and I bought some guitar strings that they recommended cuz I was very indecisive of what I wanted and I'm very pleased with the strings that I got for my guitar
I've been to every music shop in the area (that I know of) Guitar Center, Bailey Brothers, Homewood Musical Instrument Co, Highland Music, etc. I'll be honest, unfortunately it's a pretty lackluster experience no matter where you go around here. I wish it wasn't the case, but it's true.
