I would give 10 Starts if I could. I recently purchased a Strandberg 7 string used. I took it to a local guitar shop to get looked over and set up. Long story short, the owner of that shop was extremely negligent and damaged my previously pristine (new to me) guitar over the course of 2 trips to them. In stepped Artur.
I was searching for a local luthier in my area to address issues on a few of my guitars. My previous experiences with other luthiers had put me in a bad way. After reading through Arturs' reviews, I decided to use his services.
I have been playing the guitar for 50 years and have used countless number of Luthiers. Hands down, Artur is the best that I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. His diagnostic abilities in determining the problem with the issue the instrument is having is impressive.
This was my first time working with a luthier, and I really needed help since my new bass had a dead note that was driving me crazy. Artur was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue, while keeping me updated throughout the process.
