I just want to shout out the whole crew at this shop! While, I was not a customer, I did get to experience the kindness of the owner and staff. My car tire literally popped off right outside of their shop causing me to pull into their driveway unintentionally blocking their entrance.
I’ve been going to this place for few years and haven’t gotten anything but great tips and welcoming staff on how to take care of my instrument. When upgrading my instrument, Ehsan Gooniaei offered me dominance strings for free upon my request. I was super happy and glad to go to a shop with incredible staff.
Professional and pleasant staff. The luthier/owner Matt handled a peg hole crack repair within 48 hours (with initial ETA at 4 days). His demeanor is authentic, kind, and experienced. The analysis was quick with several options provided as well as advisement to adjust the bridge for ease of learning & playing.
We as a family have gotten several instruments here and every time it has been a relatively easy process (the hard part is trying to figure out which instrument is your favorite) You can do payments, you can rent, and you can get all kinds of information from the staff.
