I recently toasted a Fender tube amp. I was already shopping for a new amp because I figured the amp was done, when a friend suggested I try Nexus. I looked them up, and just reading the reviews, I had to give it a shot. Ken looked at it and said it would not be a problem to repair.
I went in to store to ask some questions, ready for the expense and delay of getting my keyboard repaired. I was so pleasantly surprised to find out none of that would apply to my problem. Ken is great, knowable and kind. I will never go any where else for repairs and I will always be my first referral!
Dropped off my B&K Reference 200.2 power amplifier that was only working on its right channel. Got lucky on this one, no catastrophic damage, Promptly, and properly repaired and functioning excellently, I will have more work for Ken in the near future.
Ken is hands down, the best diagnostician I have found. He is one of very few, who can find the parts, and has the knowledge, to keep both vintage equipment, as well as newer models in top shape. His prices are fair, and turn around time is great!
