They are all always helpful, and the repair tech is extra helpful. Prices are reasonable on repairs and products such as reeds, mouthpieces, cork grease, etc.
Nate and Aaron were great! We purchased our trumpet here and have always had it serviced and cleaned here. The staff is kind and welcoming!
Thanks to Kyle! He is awesome, he helped me pick out guitar picks and was super nice in helping me out. Nate welcomed me in the store and Justin wished me a Merry Christmas on the way out. Amazing place, great service!
Very helpful staff, friendly as well. Good selection of merchandise. Payment plans Available
Lessons at Band House LLC
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Band House LLC. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
