I'd been shopping for a new mandolin for a few months, and after playing a lot of different instruments and watching a lot of Youtube reviews, I identified the make and model that I wanted to buy.
Received my OB-3 Twanger just before Christmas. Fast shipping and great setup on this banjo. I have several other high end banjos.....a 29 Granada; Deering Maple Blossom; Stelling Bellflower; RK80 Recording King. This banjo is as good or better than any of these. Quality is exceptional.
I purchased a OB-150RF gold tone banjo and a KM-505 mandolin. The Mandolin was ordered just a few hours after the Black Friday promo and they still offered to meet me halfway as a gesture of kindness. There was also a small issue they immediately refunded me for. Amazing customer service— friendly customer service.
I’ve never been to the actual store; my experience has only been online, but you can be sure that if I’m ever in Exeter, MO, I’m stopping in! I’m new to the banjo, and purchased my instrument from another store, but I’ve been trying out all sorts of accessories, e.g.
