What's on the wall
“they always have my favorite strings and picks, as well as a good revolving stock of FX pedals and accessories.”
“I came in one day and Bill was humming a tune and making freaky-fun remarks, in the same way many freakies used to back in the day, also.”
“Bill even pulled a hammer dulcimer out from the back the one time I happened to mention one.”
What players say again and again
“Anyway, h es always been help ful, fun, friendly and knowledgeable with whatever I came in with.”
“Smaller music store, but friendly staff that is very helpful.”
“His prices on new accessories are a little higher, but he also has a good variety of used equipment for sale, too at reasonable prices.”
“Most places will turn their noses up at beginners, but Barnhouse's didn't.”
From the reviews
Crazy Music has been my favorite music store since moving to this area! You can always count on Bill or Joe to help you find anything you need! They price match so there's no need to search the internet for your product when you can buy it locally, and if it's a stringed instrument they will change your strings for…
I've been in town since Ken Shepard of Sound Farm and other notable notices of note, first opened Crazy Music, back in the day. I personally just shared a good rapport with Ken. And Since Mr. Barnhouse took over, well, Ken's presence was sorely missed, but.
Best music store I have ever gone to. Most places will turn their noses up at beginners, but Barnhouse's didn't. The service was great, and the guy who helped me pick out my first guitar didn't try to shove an expensive instrument down my throat.
my favorite music store around. they always have my favorite strings and picks, as well as a good revolving stock of FX pedals and accessories. Bill even pulled a hammer dulcimer out from the back the one time I happened to mention one.. seriously, this place is great and full of surprises
