After wanting to for 20 years I finally decided to learn to play guitar. I came to B music for my first one and had a great experience. The guy I worked with didn't make me feel intimidated at all even though I literally didn't know anything about guitars.
This store is always so helpful when it comes to basic needs like picks and cords and they offer a great range of new and lightly used instruments, we got a use 7string Jackson and case at a great setup cost and have had great success with it. Very knowledgeable and friendly group that run the place.
Jeff set up a Strat for me, installing new pickups and tightening things up, and I couldn't be happier with how it plays now. Truly masterful work. Brian was also really helpful and kind! This is one of my favorite music stores.
I brought my precious Ibanez Jem 7RB for a routine periodic setup, and they did an excellent job. Got the action wicked low with no buzz. Stays in tune great. Plays as great as ever.
