I have nothing but nice things to say about my experiences with Beach Music. Billy has always been helpful, and treated me in a personal manner with excellent service. For God sakes usually all I have gone in there to buy has been thumb picks, yet he treats me as if I went in to outfit a band.
This place is awesome. Super cool inside and they really go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. I went in with what I thought was a guitar strap. It was a banjo strap. The guy traded me for a guitar strap hooked it up on my guitar instead of charging me to put buttons on it.
came here to get my 1970's hiflier univox bass set up for a last minute gig the same day and my oh my what a miracle!!! 100% would recommend you come here for repairs/set Ups etc. I've been to various shops for set ups in Orange county and this one by far has to be the most affordable and BEST one yet. Loved it.
