I called at 4:30 pm because I had a flute with a stuck on foot joint. They were closing at 5:00 but Russ said to come on by. He spent 20 minutes working on my flute, got the foot joint off, put everything in working order and polished things up. And then he wouldn't take payment.
These guys are amazing. Solid service for so many years now I brought my kid back for lessons in the same room I took lessons. Russ has loved and cared for my instruments over the years. He just did a final cleaning as we shipped one across the country for the 3rd generation to play.
I bought my flute from the people at Beaverton Music. I love their service and have loved it for the past 4 years I have been going there. We rented an amazing flute from them as well. They are speedy with their instrument repairs. The staff are super nice! I have had nothing but good experiences and i fully reccomend!
I discovered Beaverton Music Services last year when searching for a good repair technician for one of my alto saxophones, and have returned several times since for repairs on a couple clarinets, metal work, and pad replacements since.
