Background: I brought a beat-up old upright bass to Beller's for repair a few years ago. Instead of taking my money, after inspecting the instrument they told me it wasn't the most cost effective path for me.
A week before my daughter's school band concert, her flute was suddenly not working. She thought a piece of small pin may fall off. Since this was my first time to do any instrument repair, we called Beller's Music, based on its high review.
Bellers music is family own and operated, what a great family to do business with. I truly love their customer service and how they treat everyone that walk to the store. I have bought a few instruments from them(bass guitars) and also they are my #1 stop for repairs on any instrument.
Very honorable buisness. After renting a flute for a 2 and half years they sent me a letter stating my daughter now owned her own instrument. We did not do a pay to own plan and they still granted ownership after the flute was paid for.
