Very friendly and busy staff! When one person got sidetracked with another customer in the middle of me filling out paperwork, I went through 3 different employees and they all kept up with each other AND me and got me and my daughter all taken care of.
I love this musical instrument and supply store for musicians, as of yesterday I hadn't been there in over 7 years at least because I started going to Sam Ash in Hollywood because I live in los Angeles, but these are very nice guys at Bellflower Music Center and the products and atmosphere still is the same there was…
To be honest I was a tag along. What I observed was a lot of quality instruments and sound equipment. The owners & employee were very approachable and good customer service especially for taking ownership of our request by helping us look for the items needed. Which was a new wireless microphone for church.
The service is very good. My son takes private saxophone lessons and is delighted and happy. He tells me that he has a great time in each class and learns a lot.
