I had a Taylor 814 CE guitar that came from the factory with a neck defect. I found the neck defect from a local luthier who told me that Wind Works had a Taylor certified luthier who might be able to help me. I went to Wind Works and met David.
This is the best place for testing and buying saxophones in WA! There's a great selection of modern and vintage horns there, but most importantly all the vintage horns play in tune as they get professionally inspected and repaired before they become available to play.
The staff is knowledgeable and very nice. I had a lot of beginner questions for a child that was about to start band for the first time and they answered all my questions, they made me feel that I was in good hands. Highly recommend coming here for your musical needs.
They installed a strap button on my ukeleke while I waited. By the time I left everyone was calling me by my first name. So nice to feel at home right away. Great place. Great staff.
