I absolutely love this place and the staff, I'm fairly new to guitar setup, and they always take wonderful care of my 8 string. They did mess up the first time but fixed the issue free of charge and were very friendly about the whole situation.
My son and I were thoroughly impressed with our experience at Ben Owens music. They have a wonderful selection, they are extremely knowledgeable, they were more than willing to help even though I was not knowledgeable. They have excellent prices, we got an exceptional deal on a great guitar.
Ben Owens is an awesome guy. He was cool and laid back. Very professional and was willing to help me in any way. I got strings for my daughter guitar and she got a pick. After we paid she wanted more picks. I was willing to pay but Ben gave them to her for free plus some stickers.
Ben Owens music is the best music store I’ve ever been to. Originally from Macon, I grew up listening to classic rock and being in music stores. He is extremely friendly and treats everyone with respect. His staff does as well. He makes awesome custom guitars! Highly recommend for South Ga/North FL
