Bertrand's has outstanding service. Everyone that I've had the pleasure of dealing with here has been incredibly knowledgeable and seems to be willing to go to any lengths to assist the customer. the instruments here are also beautiful and make me wish I could play all of them.
Absolutely wonderful staff. I came out of the Eaton fire and needed to get a new flute and these guys really came through. I cashed in my rental credits and they even threw on some discounts on top saving me $900. Really understanding and empathetic people. I can’t say enough about this place, they really care.
Rented a cello for my daughter, great online system, quick and easy and was ready the same day. Pricing is great and the quality of the instrument is top notch. Friendly service at pickup and answered all our questions! Great experience overall, highly recommended.
Wonderful place to take music lessons. The staff are friendly, and they work hard to make sure all students are happy and progressing in their learning. Strings, brass, piano, guitar, they teach everything. They have a good inventory of instruments, supplies, any sheet music as well.
