I was looking for a local luthier to make some adjustments to my PRS acoustic-electic. I googled a few options in the Valley, and wanted to give this place a try! Upon arrival, I was very apologetic as this business is operated out of his house (it's not a store, and you need to make an appointment first).
My 50-year-old Martin-12-string needed a "look see" at the LR Baggs electronics. Due to a pressing gig schedule Phil took me right away. He tested and made minor repairs while I waited. Extreme guru about all things acoustic. I am a new fan!
A true craftsman and master! His guitars rival and surpass any name brand guitars I have played. Was able to diagnose and fix issues on my vintage arch top guitar on the spot. Will recommend! Best luthier in CT.
I own 6 acoustic guitars and 2 are Bethany guitars . The sound and playability are great and Phil is always there to help keep them in top shape. I Highly recommend his guitars
