This is a a guitar players store for sure. Best one out there for “old school”/vintage and rare guitar selections. It’s a whole experience and they really make you feel comfortable. Russ is the most laid back, knowledgeable and kind guy!
To start, I never purchased anything from Big House Guitars. I never even set foot inside the physical store. I reached out to them over long distance to inquire about a very unique item listed for sale.
I bought my first Gibson Les Paul Standard and a fender deluxe tube amp here and it is absolutely amazing. This place used to be a photography store my dad went to a lot when he lived here and now it’s a beautiful guitar store. Josh was a huge help in getting me hooked up with the right amp/guitar combo and everything.
We had a PRS SE with a muted string. Other stores needed it to be left for weeks to have a tech look at it or some said the nut had to be changed. Called Big House Guitars. Michael picks up the phone. Says bring it in.
