The Neosho County Community College Foundation received the donation of an extremely nice 1921 Baldwin piano. Later it was discovered that it had a cracked sound board. I tried to find someone who would help us with this piano, it was so nice it would be a shame to trash it.
Bill Miller is an incredibly skilled piano craftsman with a truly wonderful and altruistic personality. He was highly recommended on several platforms and lived up to every bit of the hype. His knowledge of pianos is so amazing that I could listen to him talk for hours.
This past Summer, Bill Miller & his staff updated a baby grand piano in my Mother's estate. Then, they moved it to First Lutheran's Church in Ponca City & set it up. Our family & members of First Lutheran Church are thrilled with the work Bill & his staff did to help us.
My piano is over 100 years old, and hadn't been tuned in 30 years. Mr.Miller's piano tuning and repair service was perfect for what I needed.. I 2as.so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is a living gem of a very rare profession.
