Wow best service ever! My Martin guitar was truly unplayable. After much work and discovering a bolt was missing from the neck inside the body, John Hall, replaced it and did all kinds of extra fine work, then he checked and replaced the battery, added better strings and made it sound Beautiful!
John is an amazing individual, what a great customer service! Great communication, fair price, amazing product and fantastic quality.
