This is a great place. Very laid back. No high pressure sales. Real honest advice from years of experience. And they will go through incredible pains to fix even small problems. Lots of new stuff and a great supply of all kinds of used equipment.
Alright so don't listen to the people complaining about bad service and all that. Every time I go to Bob's the staff greet me right away and are always willing to help with any questions I may have. Good prices and a lot of stock for a relatively small store. 5 stars without a doubt.
Great music shop. The staff is awesome. Prices are fair. You will walk in as a customer and leave as a friend. Awesome place for equipment, strings, accessories, etc. Also they do rentals for weddings, parties and the like for very reasonable prices.
I am in the customer service business inasmuch as I manage 6 auto dealerships and 1 motorsports store. So, I think I am qualified to judge levels of customer service. In short, Bob's Music is staffed with friendly and extremely knowledgeable instrument professionals. The owner is great.
