Martin was very professional, welcoming, and friendly. I brought a 2001 Les Paul Standard Plus to Martin for repair. The headstock had been completely snapped off of the neck in a VERY ugly break that also ran partially down the neck. Martin told me he could have the repair done in about 3 weeks.

After two years, this is our second time having to go here and we were attended respectfully. This time, my young daughter was blessed, at the church we attend with her very own kid guitar, so that she can practice as a beginner. Martin was able to accommodate us and replace the old guitar strings.
