The staff are always amazing and willing to help. They know what they're doing and do their best to help you and find the right thing when you need it. They also know when to back off and let you do your own thing. I have never had a bad experience at this store. It is always clean and in order.

Amazing staff and family feel environment. My daughter takes guitar and voice lessons here as well as purchased her guitar. Very helpful staff and talented instructors!
We stopped here for some guitar accessories for a birthday gift for my son's friend two weeks ago. Patrick was so friendly and helpful. My son needed a new guitar string the other day and insisted that he wouldn't go anywhere but Bridge of Harmony. Patrick was there again and just as helpful.
