This small store is really a gem. The owner, Doug, has helped me with numerous purchases with great care for my needs and budget. He is also an accomplished luthier who takes great care of customers. Their Teton ukes are particularly great bargains for what I am into, especially the 140 series with solid cedar tops.
2 years ago, I bought a ukulele here. I figured it would pass the COVID time and also stimulate my 60 year old brain. I never played any instrument previously. Doug, the owner, suggested a modestly priced VTAB ukulele (maybe $80?). He was not at all pushing me to buy an expensive instrument, he was just encouraging.
