Communicative, quick to pick up the phone, an associate was ready at the street level to help me get my gear in the shop when I got there.
Visited to have my bass guitar looked at. The issue was resolved very quickly. Andy is extremely courteous and professional. Looked around the store and they have an excellent selection of guitars and other instruments as well. Strongly recommend to musicians.
Once you walk into this place, discretely located on located on the second floor of a modest size commercial building down the block from Fordham University, you can tell this is a labor of love, a destination for musicians.
Stopped in here today and purchased a guitar and amplifier as well as a few effects pedals. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He even ordered the power adapters for the effects units I can pick up later this week.
