We have been using brook Mays for about 3 years! Although I feel that I have paid forever! Between all the repairs my son has needed I feel like they are good! I have been to 3 out of the 4 locations and they are all very different!
Called later in the afternoon on a Friday to ask about repairs, relacquering and cleaning for my trumpet...I got part of my instrument stand stuck very far in the bell. Dropped it off on Friday and it was ready Tuesday morning. It feels even better than new, honestly plays and sounds like a dream.
The service here was phenomenal! I was attended immediately, Jeremy helped me out and the rest of the staff were so kind to me.
Friendly, helpful staff with a wide arrangement of classic and contemporary instruments. Reasonable prices with comfortable (and transferable) payment options. The store on 635E has highway construction issues, but not too bad. Would go back again.
