Love the repair technicians at this shop. I’ve had to bring my instrument in a couple of times for adjustments and issues, and both times the repair techs have been able to do it in a matter of minutes.
i only came in for a viola mute, an inexpensive yet obscure orchestral accessory.. but the staff happily went above and beyond to make sure that it fit my instrument which i did NOT bring with me. this means they had to dig to find a 16" viola for me to try it on.

Today, they ONLY deal with student instruments specifically for BAND and ORCHESTRA. THEY DO NOT SELL ANYTHING FOR GUITARS AND PIANOS. There are even signs posted on the doors
Met seller of used instrument here to have it inspected before purchasing. Made the extra drive here avoiding another store nearby. Was a great choice since they have the Tech on site, who is fantastic! Can't not wait to see what my daughters instrument looks like after repairs and cleaning.
