It was time to tune up and modify my Fender Strat, that hasn't been touched in 15 years or so. Scott made this experience phenomenal. Scott walked me through every step, about shaving down the frets, new strings, how I wanted my new bridge saddles set up, he also ordered the parts for me, and kept me updated…
Can’t say enough great things about the work Scott does here in Greenpoint at Brooklyn Guitar Works. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and detail oriented. Had a great experience here today! My guitar knowledge is pretty base-level but he talked me through everything so I would understand it for myself which I really appreciated. Great value too and a super convenient location for me so I’ll definitely be coming back!
