So glad I found Buzzkill! Randy has done what the major shops around town could not do and that’s give me peace of mind that my guitar is set up the way it should be. Twice it’s been to Bill’s and once back to Guitar Center where it was purchased and NEVER have I felt this satisfied, let alone happy.
I never give reviews, good or bad. Do not like social media lies and so on but, I was having an issue with my charvel pro mod. It just didn't feel right to me. I can do set ups and other things to keep an ax working. I wanted another opinion. I don't like other techs working on my stuff.
Randy, did an excellent job at crowning my frets and setting my intonation. After 21 years of hard playing the guitar's frets had become worn flat. I could feel the squareness of the frets impeding my fingers as I moved up the neck. But after having Randy, crown the frets.
Randy was fantastic to work with—professional, quick with the repair, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He replaced the tuners on my Cordoba C12, and my guitar now sounds and feels better than it ever has.
