Up until now I've had to only have interaction with the business over the phone due to my child renting an instrument through Cadence but within school. Anytime I've had a question, they've always been polite and very helpful over the phone.
Great store to go to, it's good to see small music stores still around. All the big box stores and online stores make it difficult for small stores to stay in business. The staff was very nice and they have a lot of unique things that I don't see in a lot of big box stores.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They answered a million questions I had as a parent of a middle school band kid. Will definitely come back for any future needs.
