We stopped by on a Saturday right before closing, and Christian was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to help my son find the right instrument and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The whole experience was welcoming and stress-free.
Rented a trumpet from here and got the two free lessons as well. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The lessons were great and Lana is a very patient teacher. I highly recommend this music store! I also liked the location and set up for the lessons in the basement. It felt very clean and comfortable.
My 6 string bass needed help with high frets, and a setup. The work they did exceeded my expectations and now it plays phenomenal!!! The staff is so friendly as well!! When you walk in, it just feels so inviting. I can't say enough about this store.
I really appreciate Brian and Taylor at Canby Music. Friendly and knowledgeable. Just bought a Teton acoustic guitar there. Fantastic guitar, with a great setup done in the store. Taylor also installed straploks and they hooked me up with a nice strap. Prices are always reasonable!
