Needed a sound post repair and they fit us in for quick service and the luthier personally came out to recommend adjusting the bridge height to reduce finger strain for my son while looking the instrument over. Service was fast and reasonably priced. Definitely coming back for future service needs.
I'm new to the area, so didn't have any great recommendations for places in Dallas. I went in to get my violin bow repaired, and she was able to help we right away - and the location is very accessible (not way out in Plano!!). GREAT prices on minor repairs too. Definitely would recommend/will visit in the future.
THE BEST music store for beginner to advanced string players. I started renting my cello 6 years ago from Caraway strings. Their great prices allowed me to rent it for 3 years, also giving a generous amount towards the rent-to-own total (allowing me to purchase the cello with just a small payment left).
The staff here are so kind and helpful. I came in for a rental violin for my daughter unfamiliar with her size. They were able to quickly size her and point us in the correct direction. They did not have her size in stock but their ability to be so professional and easily recommended another place was amazing.
