Great customer service and product! My teenager is just starting to really play guitar, and had her eye on a unique instrument that we couldnt find. Internet search showed Charlie's had one in stock! We're in Colorado and made a call to Charlie's, where Steve helped us in the friendliest and most professional way.

In addition, within the week one of the strings broke on the guitar. I brought it in, and they replaced the string, no questions asked.
