I recently traveled to Chicago from Italy with my family, and one of the very first places I wanted to visit was Chicago Music Exchange. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming.
The customer service is top-notch. This review really deserves 5 stars, but the minus 1 star will be explained. Had an order that went awry, but it’s been nothing but Grade-A service from these guys. It was a Fender American Deluxe Jazz w/ the All-Natural Finish I had coveted for years.
Went in to buy a MARTIN acoustic guitar called ahead and talk to Rick. When we got there, Rick already had a couple out for me to try and I wanted to compare it new and used in a couple different models. He helped us out. He was very thorough. He made the experience so unbelievably comfortable.
Guitar paradise! Truly a fantastic place to spend any amount of time. Fantastic selection, a staff that’s available if you need them, but not at all intrusive. I have to confess on times when I haven’t felt very strong. I have left my wallet in my locked car several blocks away. It was the only way I could go here….
