I have been purchasing guitars and associated stuff from Chicago Music Store for over four decades. I always find great stuff! New or used, they have good prices and a variety of inventory. There is a reason they have been around so long.
Had them set up my dad's old acoustic guitar. They got it done in a day, cleaned it up nicely and charged a fair price for an experts time. Great shop!
Many thanks to these band of miracle workers. Especially Ryan who worked on my new Martin 000-Junior which, when I brought it in was unplayable. Not only was it fixed and restrung to perfection but they only charged me for the restringing. When I got it home it sounded better than it ever had even before the problem.
Really great staff and also some standard and unique gear. When I walked in Tom Waits was playing while one employee was informing the other employee of his music. After nosing around for a bit I asked some questions about a pedal line and it turns out they are made by an employee. Try and tell me that’s not cool!!!….
