Got my Les Paul and SG set up by Kevin and they both play excellent now. Told him I was interested in learning how to do setups and he showed me a bunch of stuff at his shop. Really cool and skilled individual. I’m happy I found someone I trust with my guitars moving forward. Highly recommend!
I have had Kevin work on a number of guitars for me (probably 8 now); I recommend him highly and unreservedly. He has done mostly setups but also a pickup modification; got my strings to stop popping out on my Jazzmaster (woohoo!) without a full bridge installation.
One of the best in the Boston area. Solid craftsmanship from an honest soul. Kevin restored my ‘79 Stratocaster. She plays like a dream. He has great attention to detail and treats his customers guitars as if they were his own. Beyond repairs he also builds beautiful acoustic and hollow body electric guitars.
